For custom sublimated gear, please note that production times are typically 4-6 weeks from the date of order placement. The production times do not include time required for design and mock-ups. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange the final payment and confirm the delivery details.

Custom hats, gloves, and bats have shorter production times, usually ranging from 2-3 weeks from the date of order placement. This does not include time required for design and mock-ups. AI Art Policy

AI-Generated Artwork & Design Policy

Harmony Sports is happy to work with customers who use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to develop jersey concepts, uniform designs, logos, patterns, and other artwork. AI-generated images can be a useful tool for communicating a design idea; however, an AI-generated image should be considered a concept or visual reference, not production-ready artwork.
By submitting AI-generated artwork or imagery to Harmony Sports, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

AI-Generated Designs Are Concepts, Not Production Files

AI-generated jersey mockups, logos, patterns, and other graphics generally cannot be used directly for manufacturing or sublimation.
For uniforms, Harmony Sports must often manually recreate the artwork, pattern, graphics, layout, and other elements shown in the AI-generated image so that they can be properly applied to our actual garment templates and prepared for production.
Because the original AI image is not an exact production pattern or garment template, Harmony Sports cannot guarantee a one-for-one recreation of an AI-generated concept.
We will make every reasonable effort to maintain the overall appearance, style, colors, and intent of the submitted design, but differences should be expected.

Jersey Patterns & Uniform Concepts

AI-generated uniform concepts often do not account for how an actual garment is constructed.
The final design may need to be modified based on:
- Actual jersey dimensions and proportions
- Different garment sizes
- Youth versus adult sizing
- Different body types
- Sleeve shape and placement
- Collar and seam locations
- Side panels and garment construction
- Areas of the jersey that may be tucked into pants
- Artwork that crosses seams or multiple garment panels
- Print and manufacturing limitations
- Artwork or details that are unclear in the original - AI-generated image
A graphic or pattern that appears continuous or perfectly aligned in an AI-generated image may not align identically on an actual garment.
Harmony Sports reserves the right to adjust the placement, scale, proportions, spacing, or construction of artwork when necessary to create a design that can realistically be manufactured.

AI-Generated Logos

AI-generated logos are also considered reference artwork unless Harmony Sports determines that the supplied artwork meets our production requirements.
AI tools may create artwork that appears clean on screen but contains irregular shapes, inconsistent lines, distorted lettering, unclear details, or other elements that cannot be accurately reproduced.
Harmony Sports cannot guarantee that an AI-generated logo can be recreated exactly as shown.
When necessary, our art department may manually redraw, simplify, trace, or otherwise recreate the logo to produce artwork suitable for printing, sublimation, embroidery, or other production methods.
Small details may be altered or removed when they cannot be reproduced reliably.

AI-Generated Vector Files

A file being described or exported by an AI platform as a "vector" does not automatically mean that it meets Harmony Sports' vector artwork requirements.
AI-generated vector files may contain:
- Excessive or unnecessary anchor points
- Incorrect paths
- Raster images embedded inside the vector file
- Distorted lettering
- Open or overlapping shapes
- Unusable clipping masks
- Effects that cannot be reproduced in production
- Other construction issues that prevent the artwork from being production-ready
Harmony Sports reserves the right to determine whether submitted artwork meets our production standards.
If the artwork does not meet those standards, it may need to be manually recreated even if it was provided as an AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, or other supposedly vector-based file.

Color Matching

Harmony Sports cannot guarantee exact color matching from AI-generated images.
Colors displayed in an AI-generated image can be affected by the AI platform, monitor or phone display, image compression, lighting effects, gradients, shadows, textures, and other digital effects.
Whenever possible, Harmony Sports will match artwork to approved Harmony Sports colors, Pantone colors, manufacturer colors, or other defined color standards.
However, some AI-generated patterns cannot be completely recolored or separated into individual vector elements.
For example, if an AI-generated full-jersey pattern must remain a raster or pixel-based image, individual colors within that image may not be independently adjustable. In these situations, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
If exact color matching is important to the project, customers should communicate required colors before artwork begins and should select designs that can be recreated using clean, simplified, separable artwork.

Simplified Designs Produce Better Results

Harmony Sports strongly recommends keeping AI-generated patterns and artwork as simple and clearly defined as possible.
Designs with clean lines, limited colors, clear shapes, and clearly separated elements are generally easier to recreate accurately.
Highly detailed patterns, photorealistic effects, complex textures, lighting effects, extremely small details, overlapping graphics, and intricate AI-generated imagery may need to be simplified for production.
The simpler and clearer the submitted concept is, the greater the likelihood that Harmony Sports can closely reproduce the intended appearance.

Recommended File Submission

When submitting an AI-generated design, please provide the highest-resolution version available.
Whenever possible:
- Provide the artwork on a clean white background.
- Avoid screenshots when the original high-resolution image is available.
- Provide separate images of important logos or graphics when available.
- Provide clear front and back views of uniform concepts.
- Provide exact wording, names, numbers, and spelling separately rather than relying exclusively on AI-generated text.
- Provide requested team colors or Pantone colors separately.
- Avoid excessive shadows, lighting effects, garment wrinkles, or visual effects that obscure the actual artwork.
A clearer reference image allows our art department to more accurately identify and recreate the intended design.

Additional Art Time & Turnaround

AI-generated concepts may require substantially more artwork preparation than standard designs because the artwork often must be recreated from scratch.
As a result, orders involving AI-generated artwork may require additional design time and may have a longer artwork approval process.
Production timelines do not begin until the required artwork has been completed and approved unless otherwise stated by Harmony Sports.

Artwork & Recreation Fees

Harmony Sports reserves the right to charge an additional artwork or recreation fee when submitted AI-generated artwork requires significant rebuilding, tracing, cleanup, vectorization, pattern creation, logo recreation, or other design work.
Depending on the complexity of the project, artwork fees may be charged up to $150 or more if specifically quoted and approved before additional work is performed.
Harmony Sports will determine whether additional artwork charges are required based on the condition and complexity of the files provided.

Customer Approval

Before production, Harmony Sports will provide artwork or a production mockup for customer approval as applicable.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the final artwork, including:
- Design
- Colors
- Logos
- Pattern placement
- Names
- Numbers
- Spelling
- Sizing and proportions
- Overall layout
The approved Harmony Sports production artwork, rather than the original AI-generated concept, will serve as the final reference for production.
Once the customer approves the production artwork, the customer acknowledges that differences may exist between the original AI-generated concept and the final Harmony Sports production design.

Final Disclaimer

AI-generated artwork is a valuable conceptual tool, but the ability of an AI platform to generate an image does not guarantee that the image can be physically manufactured exactly as shown.
Harmony Sports will make every reasonable effort to recreate the customer's intended design while maintaining the requirements of the garment, printing process, embroidery process, available materials, and manufacturing process.
By submitting AI-generated artwork to Harmony Sports, the customer acknowledges that modifications may be required and that an exact one-for-one reproduction of the original AI-generated image cannot be guaranteed.

Color Matching

Harmony Sports Color Matching Policy

At Harmony Sports, we understand the importance of color consistency and strive to provide the best color matching services possible. However, it is important to note that color matching, especially in the realm of customization, can present challenges. Please review our Color Matching Policy for a clear understanding of our commitment and limitations in this regard.

Color Matching Limitations

While we aim to provide excellent color matching services, we cannot guarantee exact color matches in all cases. Several factors may affect the outcome, including variations in fabric dyes, material composition, and differences in monitor or print settings. Items sourced from various vendors and even products from the same vendor in different fabrics may exhibit color variations. These discrepancies are more likely to occur when ordering uniforms alongside accessories like bags, caps, visors, socks, etc.

On-the-Field Test

At Harmony Sports, we follow an on-the-field test approach. This means that if the color variance is not perceptible when your players are on the field or court, we consider it acceptable, and the order proceeds. Our primary concern is to ensure that any color variations are not visually significant during gameplay.

Quality Assurance

While we stand behind the quality of our products, certain types of damage are not covered under our return or warranty policy.
The following are excluded from coverage:

Natural Wear and Tear

All products will gradually show signs of wear with regular use. This includes fading of colors, fabric thinning, pilling, and small tears that occur due to everyday activities or general use over time.

Damage from Sliding or Abrasive Contact

Damage resulting from sliding on turf, contact with rough surfaces, or any activities involving friction or abrasives (e.g., sliding on concrete or turf) is not covered under our policy.

Improper Care

Damage caused by failure to follow the provided care instructions is not covered. This includes washing at high temperatures, using bleach, or drying on high heat.

Extreme Wear or Misuse

Damage resulting from extreme use, large tears, or significant fabric degradation caused by misuse (such as using the product for non-athletic purposes or activities not intended by the product) is not covered.

Return Policy

Returns

Because all Harmony items are fully custom we do not except returns and all sales are final. However if you receive an incorrect item or it is defective we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Due to the custom nature of all our products all sales are final, however if you receive an incorrect item, or an item with a mistake made by Harmony Sports please contact us through our website Harmonybats.com or email us at info@harmonybats.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, which may include providing a replacement or adjusting the final payment at our discretion.

Payment Policy

Half Payment to Start Production

For all team orders, including custom sublimated gear, custom hats, gloves, and bats, we require a payment of half the total order amount to initiate production. This payment is due at the time of order placement and is non-refundable. Production will start as soon as payment has been made. The remaining balance of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, must be paid before any delivery can be made of the products ordered. We will provide you with an invoice for the outstanding balance, and you can make the final payment through the payment method used for the initial deposit.

Add-Ons New Players

We understand that add-ons and new players happen, so we will try to accommodate this as quickly as possible. Be aware that production times are the same for add on players as the original order that was placed which typically is 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed. There are however production costs to reordering in small batches, therefore a $10 production set up charge will be added to any orders under 10. This fee is applied to the whole order and not the individual items, so grouping added players together is the most cost effective.
